Conveyor equipment belongs to a kind of automatic machinery. The sprocket of the conveying equipment is often set on the transmission roller and motor of the conveying equipment, and then the transmission system is maintained according to the transmission chain. It is a high-precision transmission system spare part. There are single and double rows, single and double rows, and three rows. Suitable for low speed, light load and high temperature.
First, sprocket design specification:
1. The tooth shape of the sprocket of the conveying equipment must ensure that the chain is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, stable and easy to enter and Withdraw the engagement, try to avoid the impact and contact stress of the chain link during engagement, and facilitate production and processing.
2. The sprocket of the conveying equipment is composed of three arcs aa, ab, cd and a parallel line bc, commonly known as three arcs-parallel line teeth, The tooth profile is produced and processed with standard CNC inserts.
Second, sprocket maintenance:

The tightness of the sprocket of the conveying equipment should be suitable. If it is too tight, it will increase the output power consumption, and the rolling bearing is very easy to wear; if the sprocket is too loose, it is very easy to vibrate and fall off the chain. The tightness level of the sprocket is as follows: it is mentioned or pressed from the middle and south of the sprocket, and the center distance of the two sprockets is about 2%-3%.

The new sprocket of the conveying equipment is too long or the length after application cannot be adjusted. You can remove the chain link according to the situation, but it must be an even number. The chain link needs to be crossed from the reverse side of the sprocket, the locking piece is inserted outside, and the opening of the clamping piece should be in the opposite direction of rotation.

The sprocket of the conveying equipment should be installed on the shaft without shaking and tilting. In the same rotating part, the inner holes of the two sprockets should be located in the same plan. When the center distance of the sprockets is below 0.5 meters, the error can be 1mm; when the center distance of the sprockets is about 0.5 meters, the error can be 2mm. However, there should be no friction on the side of the sprocket teeth. If the offset of the second wheel is too large, it will easily cause off-chain and accelerated wear. Be sure to periodically check the adjustment offset when replacing sprockets.

When the sprocket of the conveying equipment is seriously worn, it should be replaced with a new sprocket and a new sprocket to ensure good meshing. New sprockets or new sprockets cannot be replaced independently. Otherwise, the meshing will not be good and the wear of the new sprocket or the new sprocket will be accelerated. After the sprocket tooth surface is worn to a certain level, it should be turned over and applied immediately (referring to the sprocket applied on the adjustable surface) to increase the application time.
5. Grease should be filled immediately when the sprocket of the conveying equipment is working. Grease must enter the interfit gap between the roller bearing and the inner sleeve to improve the working standard and reduce wear.
6. The old sprocket of the conveying equipment cannot be mixed with some new sprockets, otherwise it is very easy to cause impact in the transmission system and break the chain wheel.
7. When the equipment is stored for a long time, the sprocket of the conveying equipment should be removed and cleaned with gasoline or diesel engine, and then coated with motor oil or unsalted butter for storage. Keep in dry area.
