The steel pretreatment conveyor line imported from Germany and Japan adopts this scheme. ③ Scheme 3: The attachment of the loading conveyor chain is an enlarged outer chain plate, and the load-bearing beam and the outer chain plate are welded together. The weight of the workpiece is mainly borne by the conveyor chain and placed on the load-bearing beam welded to the outer chain plate. The working side and return side of the conveyor chain and the rollers of the chain all run on the track. The domestic steel pretreatment conveyor line adopts this scheme. Comparing the degree of damage to the paint film on the lower surface of the workpiece during the conveying process, scheme 3 is the best, followed by scheme 1, and the worst is scheme 2. 2.
