Cold Lagging Material Selection
This repair uses LCREAT wear-resistant composite glue, which consists of LCRE-AT wear-resistant composite glue A, LCREAT wear-resistant composite glue B surface glue, Su-pA Rubber primer A, SupA rubber primer B primer, UEAT special cleaning agent composition.
Cold lagging process
(1) Use a crane or hoist to separate the tape from the drive drum to ensure that the drive drum can rotate freely.
(2) Use an angle grinder to clean and polish the worn parts of the rubber surface of the roller to be repaired. The rubber surface is required to be rough and no other impurities are added.
(3) Use UREAT special cleaning agent to clean the surface of the drum.
(4) Apply primer: Mix the rubber primer A and the rubber primer B in strict accordance with the ratio of 1:1 on the electronic scale, stir them evenly, and apply the paint brush to the worn position. Brushing should be even and there should be no omissions.
(5) Scratch-coating surface glue: Wear-resistant composite glue A and wear-resistant composite glue B are also prepared in a 1:1 ratio and then evenly mixed, and evenly scraped on the worn parts with a squeegee, a ruler can be used Use the original reference plane as a reference to level, and quickly fill to the required size.
