1. Start the inspection equipment

3. Brake detection
1) The brake is easily contaminated with oil at the driving device. In order not to affect the braking effect, the vicinity should be cleaned in time of oil pollution.
2) When the brake wheel has cracks and the thickness of the rim of the brake wheel reaches 40% of the original thickness, it should be scrapped.

5. The idler should be replaced in time
There should be spare parts in stock. When the rotation is not flexible or the drum skin is worn out, it should be replaced in time .
6. Use of the cleaner
1) When the exposed height of the cleaning blade is less than 20mm, it should be adjusted or replaced in time;
2) When the cleaning scraper is not in good contact with the tape, it should be adjusted to a balanced contact length of more than 85% with the drum busbar.
7. Maintenance of the tensioning screw
1) When the tensioning screw is not in use, it should be coated with grease and wrapped with paper , so as not to fall into dust;
2) When the tensioning screw is corroded and cannot be rotated, it should be replaced.
8. Reducer inspection
1) The oil quantity in the reducer should be checked frequently;

The reducer should be overhauled once every six months, and overhauled once every two years. Minor repairs include changing the lubricating oil, checking the condition of the transmission gear and the seals at the rolling bearings. In addition to minor repairs, major repairs should also disassemble and disassemble all parts for inspection, repair or replacement, especially if the transmission gear has one of the following conditions, it should be scrapped:
a) Cracks appear;

b) The pitting of the tooth surface reaches 30% of the meshing surface and the depth reaches 10% of the tooth thickness;

3) Replace the reducer or some of the gears, and after the lubricating oil has been running for 500h, all the new oil should be replaced;
4) For the reducer that works continuously for a long time, the oil must be changed every three months; if the temperature rise exceeds 60℃ or the oil temperature exceeds 85℃ during use, the lubricating oil must be replaced before use.
