I. Precautions before commissioning of chain loading conveyor

1. All connecting bolts should be tightened .

2. There should be no debris left in the equipment.

3. Add lubricating oil to the oil nozzle of each moving part, and add lubricating oil to the reducer according to the instructions.

4. The electrical wiring should be checked comprehensively.


Second, precautions when debugging the chain conveyor

1. After the equipment system is fully checked and confirmed to be correct, the equipment should be emptied first. Load debugging work, after all the faults are eliminated, do a no-load running-in test for 10-20 hours, and finally carry out the load test vehicle.

2. Whether the gear teeth of the driving sprocket, the tail wheel and the traction chain work in a normal meshing state. If the difference is large, screw the bearing seat bolts of the driving sprocket and the passive sprocket, and adjust the centerline position of the driving sprocket and the passive sprocket slightly.

3. Adjust the tensioning device so that the initial tension of the second traction chain is balanced and moderate. If the initial tension is too large, the power consumption will increase; if it is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of the sprocket and the traction chain, increasing Instability in operation.

4. Check whether all walking rollers rotate flexibly. If there are any phenomena such as jamming and sliding, replace or troubleshoot immediately.

5. During operation, if the moving components are stuck and forced mechanical friction, the chain conveyor should be removed immediately.


3. Precautions for normal operation of the chain conveyor after commissioning

1. During operation, uniform feeding should be achieved, and the feeding block should be should be controlled within the specified range.

2. It is not advisable to stop and start the vehicle when it is fully loaded, and it is not possible to reverse the vehicle.

3. Regularly check the bolt connection of the groove bottom plate and the chain plate, if any looseness is found, it should be dealt with in time.

4. The tension of the traction chain should be suitable for the degree, and it should be checked frequently during operation, and the adjusting screw of the tensioning device should be adjusted if necessary.

5. The reducer must be replaced with new lubricating oil after 7-14 days of operation, and it can be replaced once every 3-6 months according to the situation.

6. Lubricant should be injected into each lubricating point in time.
