The roller is a cylindrical loading conveyor accessory, which is divided into a driving roller and a driven roller. The production of    loading conveyor rollers is mainly composed of the initial turning of the roller body, initial static balancing, welding of the shaft end interference device, fine turning and fine dynamic balancing. If the behavior tolerances such as roundness, cylindricity and straightness are required to be less than 0.2mm, after finishing turning, it needs to be ground on a cylindrical grinder or roll grinder. If the surface hardness is required, the heat treatment process needs to be increased. Roller conveyors are suitable for the transportation of all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets and other items. Bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be transported on pallets or in turnover boxes. It can transport a single piece of material with a large weight, or withstand a large impact load.   After the drum is formed, in order to prevent rust, corrosion, wear and support, it also requires surface treatment or coating such as painting, galvanizing, TEFLON spraying, rubber coating, chrome plating, ceramic spraying and oxidation. Safety operation rules for the finishing of conveyor rollers:    (1) It is necessary to wear dust masks and gloves.  (2) The finishing roller must be operated by a dedicated person. Before driving, check whether the equipment is operating normally, whether it is incomplete, and whether the fasteners are loose.   (3) Each batch of castings and core iron shall not exceed 75% to 80% of the volume of the drum. The maximum weight cannot exceed the regulations.  (4) Before loading, the roller should be fixed with a pin to avoid rotation and injury during loading.  (5) After the casting is installed on the roller, the cover of the cylinder should be covered and tightened with bolts. When arranging, turn on the ventilation and dust removal equipment first, and then turn on the drum.  (6) It is necessary to turn the drum cover to the front when unloading castings, and fix it with a pin before turning over the drum cover.  (7) Personnel are strictly prohibited to approach when the roller is working. No castings or other things are allowed to accumulate around.   (8) Before the impeller of the shot blasting finishing conveying drum completely stops rolling, the drum cover shall not be opened. Classification of rollers:    (1) According to the scale, there are large ones such as paper machine rollers (the length can reach more than 10 meters, the diameter is more than 1500mm), and there are small ones such as flat rollers used for belt conveying on automatic assembly lines. (Generally within 1 meter long) within degrees, the diameter is also 159mm. (2) According to the effect, there are rollers on digital laser printers that need to ensure transmission accuracy, calender rollers on papermaking machinery that have a pressure filter effect, and support rollers that do not require high dimensional accuracy. , There are rollers with heat exchange requirements, there are also rollers with heavy filter effect, etc., not to mention them one by one.  (3) According to the driving mode, it can be divided into power roller line and unpowered roller line.  (4) According to the layout, it can be divided into horizontal conveying roller line, inclined conveying roller line and turning roller line.   can also be specially planned according to customer requirements to meet the requirements of various customers. The inner width of the standard gauge roller line is 200, 300, 400, 500, 1200mm, etc. Other special specifications can also be selected according to customer needs.
