1. Adjusting the load-bearing idler group

When the belt of the belt conveyor deviates in the middle of the entire belt conveyor, the position of the idler group can be adjusted to adjust the deviation; the idler group can be adjusted during manufacture Both sides of the mounting holes are machined with long holes for adjustment.

Second, install the self-aligning roller set

There are many types of self-aligning roller sets such as intermediate shaft type, four-link type , vertical roller type, etc., it is generally more reasonable to use this method when the total length of the belt conveyor is short or when the belt loading conveyor runs in both directions, because the shorter belt conveyor is easier to deviate and is not easy to adjust. It is best not to use this method for long belt conveyors, because the use of self-aligning idler sets will have a certain impact on the service life of the belt.

Three, adjust the position of the driving drum and the reversing drum

The adjustment of the driving drum and the reversing drum is an important part of the belt deviation adjustment . Because a belt conveyor has at least 2 to 5 rollers, the installation position of all rollers must be perpendicular to the center line of the length of the belt conveyor. If the deflection is too large, deviation will inevitably occur. The adjustment method is similar to adjusting the idler group.

Fourth, the adjustment of the tensioning place

The adjustment of the tensioning place of the belt is a very important link in the adjustment of the deviation of the belt conveyor. In addition to being perpendicular to the length of the belt, the two redirecting rollers on the upper part of the tensioning place of the heavy hammer should also be perpendicular to the vertical line of gravity, that is, to ensure that the center line of the axis is horizontal. When using screw tensioning or hydraulic cylinder tensioning, the two bearing seats of the tensioning drum should be translated at the same time to ensure that the axis of the drum is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt.

5. The influence of the blanking position at the transfer point on the belt deviation

The blanking position of the material at the transfer point affects the belt deviation It has a very large impact, especially when the projection of the two belt conveyors on the horizontal plane is vertical. Usually, the relative height of the upper and lower belt conveyors at the transfer point should be considered. If the relative height is too low or too high, it is difficult for the material to be centered. In the design process, the relative height of the two belt conveyors should be increased as much as possible.
