INCLINED FLEXIBLE GRAVITY SKATE WHEEL CONVEYOR
Flexible Gravity Plastic Skate Wheel Conveyor is often chosen to convey small & medium sized flat-bottom items in harbor, dock, warehouse/storehouse, factory, etc.It is extendable, retractable and bendable. It can take curve flexibly even in zigzag narrow aisles. The crossed skate wheels make sure that conveyed goods will be automatically oriented and not fall down from sides. The conveyor largely facilitates goods delivery work.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
Rugged heavy duty self-tracking skate wheels with enclosed steel ball bearings offer smooth material flow
Axle centers variable from 1-1/4" to 4" for 7" minimum package size
40kg per linear meter load capacity
Heavy duty powder coated steel side plates ensure maximum strength and durability.
Includes convenient end box-stop and hooks to connect additional conveyors.
Adjustable height achieve maximum gravity flow and create banked curves:700-1000mm as standard,800-1200mm (31-1/2" to 47-1/4") as option.
Simply insert galvanized telescopic leg sets into integral sockets.
Easy to move around on Dia 100mm(4") heavy duty lockable swivel polyurethane casters.
Can be made in custom lengths to suit your individual conveying application
