Bulk material mobile conveyor (such as: belt conveyor\screw conveyor\bucket elevator\high angle conveyor, etc.) (1) The belt conveyor is tensioned by the drive device, the middle frame of the conveyor belt and the idler roller belts are used as traction and load-bearing components to continuously transport loose and broken materials or finished products.   Belt conveyor is a friction-driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner. Using it, a material conveying process can be formed on a certain conveying line from the initial feeding point to the final unloading point. It can carry out the transportation of broken materials and the transportation of finished items. In addition to pure material transportation, it can also be matched with the requirements of the technological process in the production process of various industrial enterprises to form a rhythmic assembly line. Therefore, belt conveyors are widely used in various modern industrial enterprises.  Belt conveyors are widely used in mine tunnels, mine surface transportation systems, open-pit mines and concentrators. It is used for horizontal transportation or inclined transportation.   According to the requirements of the technological process, the belt conveyor can receive materials from one or more points very flexibly. It can also discharge to multiple points or several sections. When feeding material to the conveyor belt at several points at the same time (such as the conveyor under the coal bunker of the coal preparation plant) or feeding the conveyor belt through the uniform feeding device at any point along the length of the belt conveyor, the belt conveyor The machine becomes a main conveying trunk line.   The belt-type mobile conveyor can take materials from the roadway below the stockpiles of the coal storage yard, and can also mix different materials from different piles when needed. The material can be simply discharged from the conveyor head, or it can be discharged at any point along the length of the conveyor belt through a plough unloader or a mobile unloader.  (2) Screw conveyors are commonly known as augers, which are suitable for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying of granular or powdery materials. The conveying distance varies according to the deformity, generally from 2 meters to 70 meters.  Conveying principle: The rotating spiral blade pushes the material and carries it on the screw conveyor. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the screw conveyor blades is the material's own weight and the frictional resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material.  Structural features: spiral blades are welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor, and the surface of the blades can be solid surface, belt surface, blade surface, etc. depending on the material to be conveyed. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to give the axial reaction force of the screw with the material. When the length of the captain is long, the middle hanging bearing should be added.  Double screw conveyor is a screw conveyor with two rotating shafts welded with rotating blades. To put it bluntly, it is to organically combine two screw conveyors to form a screw loading conveyor.   The rotation direction of the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor determines the conveying direction of the material, but in general, the screw conveyor is designed to design the rotating blades in accordance with the single-phase conveying. When reverse conveying, it will greatly reduce the service life of the conveyor.  (3) Bucket-type moving conveyor A continuous moving conveyor that uses a series of hoppers that are evenly fixed on the endless traction member to vertically lift the material. Bucket elevator has the obvious advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long life. This elevator is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small pieces of non-abrasive and small abrasive materials, such as : Coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore, etc. Because the traction mechanism of the hoist is a circular chain, it is allowed to transport materials with higher temperature (the temperature of the material does not exceed 250 ℃). The general conveying height can reach up to 40 meters. These three are the more commonly used conveyor types. Understanding these three wines is equivalent to understanding most of the conveyor types in the conveyor industry.
