Normal shutdown procedure: stop feeding → unload the grain on the load-bearing section → adjust the elevator and drop the conveyor to the lowest position → stop → turn off the power → unplug the power plug → clean and reserve → cover Protective cloth→fix the moving wheels with special wooden blocks→when not in use for a long time, the conveyor should be moved into the mechanical shed or other designated locations. 2. Multi-machine linkage shutdown procedure: starting from the feeding end, stop feeding first, then stop the first conveyor, and then stop each conveyor in turn. 3. Failure shutdown procedure: If the middle one fails when the number of machines is linked, the feeding should be stopped first, the conveyor at the feeding point should be stopped quickly, and then the failed conveyor should be stopped, and then exit the connection for maintenance. Replace the faulty conveyor with a spare conveyor immediately. Operate according to the 'normal shutdown procedure' after all shutdowns.
