Working principle
Power roller conveyors are often used in horizontal or upward slightly inclined conveyor lines. The driving device transmits power to the drum to make it rotate, and the articles are conveyed by the frictional force between the surface of the roller and the surface of the conveyed articles.
Power roller conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly sleeved on them. The roller that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the driving roller (transmission roller); the other roller that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt is called the reversing roller.
The driving roller is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt. The drive drum is generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction force and facilitate dragging. The material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is discharged from the unloading end of the conveying bag by means of the friction of the
loading conveyor belt. The principle of the single-chain roller conveyor is that the roller is driven by an endless chain, and the chain runs in a special guide rail, which has the characteristics of easy installation and low noise. The single-sprocket drum is driven by a large cycle, the double-sprocket drum is driven by a small cycle, and other driving modes are used for light-duty conveying occasions. It is suitable for conveying all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets and other objects. Bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be transported on pallets or in turnover boxes.

Power Roller Equipment
